The Volkl V-Feel 6 is an incredibly maneuverable member of the new V-Feel racquet series weighing in at 275g (9.7 oz. unstrung). The slightly head-light balance keeps the racquet fast, yet stable. The frame features the tried and true Super-G grommet system to increase energy return. Similar to the V-Feel 4, this frame has a 16x19 string pattern but in a smaller 100 sq. inch head size for more control. One of the new features with this line include Revolutionary EVA technology which has 35% more resilience, 15% more lateral stiffness, 35% more torsional strength and 25% more shock absorption. V-Cell is a new addition to this racquet which enables more feel and higher frequency. V-Tex is a silicone polymer based butt cap that increases the dampening in the racquet handle while resisting cracking or shrinking in higher temperatures. Because of the V-Feel 6's light weight, smaller head size, and forgiving sweet spot, it's a good fit for many ability levels and game styles. We recommend it especially for players starting to develop longer swings. If the 9.7 oz. unstrung weight seems too light, check out the V-Feel 8 series, which bumps up the weight to 10.1 oz.
